Incompetent workers - I did an TELEPHONIC application at Vodacom i have been with this service provider for many years now and this is the service i get. One teamleader says my old sim card can be activated from prepaid to contract it will be done within 5 hours after waiting for 30 hours another teamleader confirms that i cant activate the prepaid card to contract as it has not been on prepaid for a minimuim of 6 months. This has been the worse service ever i am returning the phone the number of people i had to talk to just to confirm that the phone cannot be activated was about 10 and every person had a different answer does all VODACOMN STAFF ACTUALLY WORK FOR VODACOM. You all dont seem to know the same thing about the products you offer. i am so done please cancel my application and collect the phone. I AM DONE WITH VODACOM THE STAFF ARE USELESS.
