Absolute shocking service from GAME Gateway.
Called the store just to get a price check - been on hold for 4 minutes and then when eventually the call was answered - no 1 was speaking or responding.
Still being on the line i called from another phone and went through the manager and Hold and Behold i can hear him on both lines. He was Near the phone that is not being attended too and says that all phones are currently be answered, BUT he was caught out.
ABSOLUTE shocking - GAME don't bother about store improvements - rather use that money to train your managers and staff.
