Prejudice suffered due to poor service

I took a 24 month contract with Cell C; The contract was a package which included a Laptop, laptop bag and a USB internet modem for R200.00 p/m. I took out insurance as well, the sales rep explained that the insurance will cover everything should something happen to the laptop.
Earlier in February 2013 I experienced a problem with the laptop. I took the laptop to Cell C in Sandton City for repairs on 26 February 2013. The consultant advised me that I will receive feedback within 21 days as per terms and conditions.

21 days have passed and I have not received any feedback from Cell C... on 08 April 2013 I went back to the branch for further information and I was assisted by Ayanda who advised that the Laptop is beyond economical repair and requested that I log a claim with their insurance - C Cover, she also ensured me that her manager will sort out everything for me and he will return with feedback within 48hrs.

The manager did not respond. Mid April 2013 as a result of being irritated and frustrated in the matter, I logged a complaint on Hello Peter, I was later assisted with by Funiwe, who advised that Cell C does not cover laptops and she will not be able to assist and
