On the 16 february 2013, i handed my cellphone (IPhone 4 IMEI number :012843007832248.(black)) to the Mtn service centre for repairs as my cellphone was still under warranty they took it in but never handed a receit due to their system was down. On the 02 march 2013 i went back again to go and find out the progression of my phone i got a feedback from them they told me my phone is still at the repair centre and its still in process and i requested a receit they never gave me a receit again n never got it, i collected the reference number in the meantime. on the 5th or 6th of march i received a call from the service informing me that my phone is ready for collection as it was still during the week i decided will collect the phone over the weekend due i come out late from work. 9th of march i went to the Service centre to collect when i got, i got the bad news still that my phone is still at the repair centre i was very dissapointed and asked why would they call and tell me that my phone is ready to which the phone is not available with them. I decided to do my own investigation to find out my phones where abouts from the repair centre and found out the phone was never booked.
