Poor service

On the 13th of February 2013 my phone had a problem of which i had to take it to Mtn store @ Bedford Centre where i bought the phone which still under guarantee. i was told that i would get the phone within two weeks i would get a call to say my phone is ready for collection. i did not receive any feedback, then i decided to visit the store again on the 27th of February two weeks later i was told the phone is not ready and i should wait for the call or a message to tell that the phone is ready and still nothing.then on the 12 of March i decided to check what is happening they called they repairs department and they say they only receive or attended the phone on the 27th of February 2013 and they found that the phone can;t be fixed it should be replaced, again i was told i should wait because they are waiting for a stock. i then decided to visit the store again on the 14th of March, they call the repairs department again, i was told that the waiting for the proof of purchase.
i am not happy at all, i have a contract with MTN which until 2014 Jan and i decided ill cancel the contract
