Threaten to suspend account

So, today I got two sms's. The first one popped in providing Nashua Mobile's banking details. I was a bit confused because all the debit orders are in place. And then the next one telling me that I'm in arrears and my line will be suspended. Also instructing me to make payment and send proof of such to them. No mention of how much in arrears and which line this is. I have a celphone contract and a 2GB 3G contract as well.

I wanted to know how much in arrears and how come so I got onto the Nashua Mobile website and logged in and it's all pretty vague in there. I tried calling customer service and half an hour later I was still listening to the jingle and adverts and so forth. So I sent an online query in the form they provide. And that just disappears and... nothing.

I dont know what the situation is but I do know that I had a pretty confusing interaction with them on a previous occasion. So, I guess I'll have to wait until my "line" gets suspended and then hope I can find out how much money they need in order to unsuspend it. And maybe someone can tell me what all the debit order arrangements were about and if it's in place or not.
