Upgraded but still offline

I upgraded to the new Blackberry Z10 on the Straight Up 200. from a Business Chat 400. I had to do a sim swap as the new phones use a micro sim. Since that point I've never been able to use my new phone as I've been off-line since then. After numerous calls to the contact centre no one seems to be able to resolve my problem. I've been off-line now for 3 days and cant make and receive any calls.
