Vodacom - I cannot believe no-one is understanding my problems??
Unless you are purposely delaying to sort it out so you can just ROB me of more money even though I managed to cancel with you within 14 Days!

Vodacom - in short, do yourself this exercise.
Check the SMS's you sent to this Data Line that is no longer on contract: 0716847185
Notice the Data Balance SMS's.
ON 11/02/2013 YOU SAY I HAVE 121.4MB DATA LEFT
39MIN LATER ON THE SAME DAY YOU SAY IT HAS BEEN DEPLETED, WHILE I WAS NOT EVEN EXCEEDING USSAGE OF 13MB
TWO DAYS LATER
ON 14/02/2013 YOU SAY I HAVE 307.7MB DATA LEFT

THAT IN ITS SELF DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AND IS A CLEAR INDICATION THAT THERE IS FAULT!!!

But WAIT - Here is the Shocker!!

Check the date you started to bill me for "out of bundle data usage" (for data used after my allocated 1.71GIG has depleted)
YOU STARTED CHARGING ME FOR DATA USED out of bundle on the 7th of Feb 2013 already (one day after became a client of yours! ONE DAY!!)
But on the 14th of February you tell me I still have 307.7MB left??

NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY R1222.82 for being a client of your MISTAKES for less than 10days??
No-one is taking ownership! No-one Cares!
