I upgraded my contract from a Casual Chat 100 to a Straight Up 200 iPhone 5 special in December, I received the handset, and a month later I get a call from the call centre that the bill is high & line will be locked, Upon further investigation it was found that the contract was not upgraded, but still running on the Casual Chat 100 and was being billed according to Casual Chat rates.
It was then upgraded, but the charges were not reversed & re-calculated according to Straight Up 200 rates.
Every time I contact the call centre to sort this out, I have to repeat my story. I last reported this 2 weeks ago, and was assured it would be sorted out. I'm still waiting!!
