I am due for an upgrade and phoned MTN direct to arrange it. I first phoned 2 weeks ago and was told that they only have 4 phones in stock & that I should ph back 1 week later. I then did so & ph last Wednesday at approx 1.30pm and spoke to Siyabonga - the service was so bad, as he did not even know where to look for the info I asked for. Eventually he told me that they again did not have stock of the phones I wanted & I was willing to take any of 5 different phones. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who promptly informed Siyabonga to tell me that they will ph me back - to date no call & no phone. I then ph in again on Saturday to complain, only for the agent on duty to tell me that they only have a few agents there on a Saturday and no one can take my complaint??? Nee man - that is not service.
I have been with MTN for 15 years and I am on the verge of switching networks because of the shocking service rendered by MTN Direct - what is MTN going to do change my mind and make this life long MTN customer stay with them. ps - an apology would be a great place to start...
