I obtained a new phone in December for our business.
Me being the director I signed all the documents and received the new phone.
Receiving the new statement they put my fathers' name on the new phone invoice. Note that my father passed await in July 2012 in with Vodacom was informed the same month (July) of this ending the contract that he used with Vodacom.
I am upset every time that I unnecessarily being reminder of my fathers' passing, but Vodacom angered me.
I want an apology and to change the contract to my name as I DID sign all the documents and obtain the phone.
I put money on it that Vodacom with just brush me off and not rectify the information on their side...
