During November 2012 I upgraded 3 of my 4 contracts and one contract I migrated to a straight up 100. Directly after that all my problems started. I was grossly over charged on one of the lines and given a credit after I complained., just to have the credit cancelled again within 24 hours and not even being told about it.
To top all this, the contract which I have migrated to a straightup 100 a month before was all of a suden cancelledand changed into a prepaid. I have been batteling now from the 3rd of January to find out why. This morning I wsd contacted by an after I begged more than a week ago to pls get some answers. The answer was that my credit profile was down graded and that is why Cell C has changed my contract to a prepaid only a month after I migrated to the said contract. What a load of rubbish!!! I upgraded 3 contracts to new phones and contracts less than a month ago. How is it possible?
Anybody contemplating to use Cell C as a cellular provider, think again. Do yourslf a favour and don't do it. You re bound to have endless problems.
