If you want an exorbitant cell phone account go to Autopage at Northgate. They will promise you that your monthly account will not exceed a certain amount. In fact they will tell you everything you want to hear to sell you an upgrade and to make themselves money. This has been my experience. I went into the store to do my contract upgrade in Jan 2013 and was told that my monthly bill would not exceed R700 and that my data bundle would be sufficient. All prices were quoted excluding VAT, data usage charges are through the roof and my bills so far are nearing R1000-00. Autopage Northgate will not concede that their sales consultants outright to your face, they will not accept any responsibility and they will from you. My advice stay as far away from them as possible. Do not support them, they cheat their customers and assume zero accountability! We have been fighting this since January without any success so just don't go there, do not even think about Autopage Northgate as your last resort as a service provider.
