I have been with Nashua many years and have been happy with them up to the last 18 month but now they are just impossible. I took a Cell-C Data contract with them in Nov 2011 and still having problems first they gave me wrong sim and blamed me for using wrong No: they gave me modem and router that where incompatable that took 3 month to sort but in the 15 month I have had this contract I have had nothing but problems we have exchanged emails & phone calls for 15 month but still not right.
I tried to upgrade a Vodacom contract they sent me form in Nov I filled in a few weeks later they said they wanted to know which contract, more weeks then they said wrong form sent next then they said contract would start 1 Jan it didnt, then they said 1 Feb it didn't, now 4 month later they say can't upgrade this contract.
I had a contract for my son when he started working last year I tried to transfer contract in to his name, they lost paper work twice, since then he as left Nashua. me next
