Wrong contract still no change

I complained earlier this year my son Renier van der Zwan's contract which was top up before he upgraded was R350 per month. The wrong contract a 400 straight up was given instead of a top up. When I complained Cell c said after 3 successful payments a top up will be reinstated. This has not been done. His account is R819 this month when he phoned he was told with the i phone he gets a data bundle of 3 megabyte. He does not want it and asked to reduce it they said it comes with the phone. My son has lost his job so I have to pay I cannot afford it. Earlier this year IT WAS SAID IT WOULD BE RECTIFIED. Please help me. His cell no:084 297 5008. Reinette van der Zwan
