Where do I star? Let's start from the simply task of delivery address. Not only do they fail to deliver the router on the day that they committed to deliver, they deliver the package to the address where I no longer live. They cannot take the simple instruction to change the delivery address.

I now rate their Call Center (0821945/0821950) the worst in the country. Even worse than government Call Centers or Telkom. I once had to hold for over 40 mins listening to the worst noise (some Benoni top 10 and that Gangnum Style) anyone had to endure while waiting for their pathetic service.

I had to go to my old address to pick up the package. They promised that the SIM will be activated for LTE the same afternoon. Yeah Right! It now the following day. Still not working.. Worst decision ever! Can't wait for 8ta and MTN to have LTE.
