I Armand Engelbrecht Id number: 91120955005082 applied for a new cellphone contract with the sony erricson xperia t as the phone. I applied for this contract on 14/02/2013 and after three weeks complained on hello peter and they gave me a response email but that only seems to make the matters worse. Today at 27 days later nothing improved, that sony erricson is now out of stock or so Precious says. So what is there to do. Once again I the customer had to phone mtn as they dont know how or what is customer service. They offered me the Samsung galaxy s2 and I said yes if Ican get it for the same price as the xperia T. To my disappointment again there is still no response so again I phone them everyday, if you would phone them and say that you are me they would exactly know who you are and tell you they were just about to phone you. I wanted to move to a nother provider but they insisted I stay with MTN. So what do I have to do to get a Phone? must I buy cash? Oh no wait they dont have stock. Rather close this Branch and save yourself the embarrassment. Regards Armand
