RAM had to deliver a package. I initially gave my office address. A day before the delivery I called and requested whether I can change the address for delivery and the said yes, I changed it and hoped for the best. The next day they delivered it to my office address and I could not accept delivery - I thought its fine and it was maybe just short notice. The next three days I called 2 or three times a day to check the status and to make sure the deliver it to the new address - unfortunately they kept trying to deliver it to my office address and now they cant deliver it anymore and I need to go and pick it up at their offices. I think its ridiculous and I will never use their service again.
