Terrible service and no delivery

We urgently needed some external hard drives, and Kalahari had a drive on sale with free next-day-delivery. Upon placing the order, I realized that the delivery address had defaulted to the incorrect address, so I immediately phoned the call-center to correct the address. I also emailed them to be safe. The lady I spoke to assured me that the package had not been dispatched, that she had corrected the address and that I would receive the package within 2 days.

A week later I phoned the call center I was told that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and that they would call me back to fix the problem. They never phoned me back. After two weeks of futile calls & emails, I sent another courier at an additional cost of R400 to deliver the drives to the right address. The call-center did absolutely nothing to help me or to fix their mistake!

I posted a complaint on their site, which they removed, and here about 1 month ago. They responded by saying that they'd phone to to reimburse me the extra courier fee. They still have not phoned or left a message, and I've been available the whole time.
