I placed a order with [URL Removed] last week Monday, I received an invoice straight after payment with stated that I would received delivery with in 24 hours of my purchase.
I then received an mail 3 days later to say that my package was only dispatched then, the next day I received a SMS from the courier company to say that my package will only be delivered within the next 3 to 4 working days.
I called the call center and they all promised to check up and call me back however I still have not had correspondence from 2 of the 3 call center agents i spoke to.
The Call center agent I did speak to told me that they did try and deliver the package on Friday but no one answered the door, this is in fact not true. I had personally assured that there were 2 people at the delivery address the entire day.
I have order a few times from Kalahari.com and this is the worst service I have ever had from you guys. I'm so disappointed.
I have still not received my package yet.
