No delivery

I am writing this complaint for the second time now. I have been waiting for Telkom to deliver my device for more than a moth now. They keep on making promises they cant keep. at first I requested them to deliver at my home address because I was on leave from the 24 Dec to 06 Jan, but the never came.

I then contacted Telkom to change my delivery address as I was back at work, but instead they went to my house to make the delivery. I was then promised that the delivery would be made to my work address on the 17th Dec, but guess what? no one came. I sat in the office the whole day and was even afraid to go out.

The most surprising thing is that they always claimed to have tried to contact me, but I never got any missed calls and my phone is always with me.

I need someone to please take ownership and tell me exactly what to do. I am really getting sick and tired of this. This is such an inconvenience.
