Poor service delivery

I bought a blackberry 9360 at MTN Somerset Mall Cape town and insured it with 24 hr. Three months later the phone had a charging problem, mtn repair center said it was physical damange and a claim was launched by mtn. 24 hr requested that the phone should be submitted to their repair center. After paying an excess fee of R150, it took them about 3 weeks to repair the phone and after returning the phone, it worked for 1 day when the battery was low it didn't charge. after connecting it to the charger it just switched off and never switched on. It was sent back to the repair center again after about 3 weeks again the phone came back and it seemed as if it wasn't touched because the same problem that it was sent with it came back like that.
