My wife and me both have the Blackbarry 9790 cellphones. My celphone's touch screen gave problems and my wife's phone battery just switch off, showing to low radio usage, even when it is full charged. We booked both phones in for repairs at MTN Cape Gate.1-They could not repair my phone, so they suplied me with a re-furbished phone, with out asking me. All my contact numbers were lost, never asked me if a back-up were needed.2-When my wife went to collect both phones, they only handed back my re-furbished phone. My wifes phone was lost and they could not find it, even after we gave them a IMEI number. Eventualy they found her phone and the came back with the same phone, nothing done. The repair centre said the following "DEEP SCRATCHES, SCRATCHES ON LENS, PAINT PEELING, DUST AND DIRT, POOR CONDITION.This I found amusing becuse when we booked the phone in with MTN at Cape Gate the following note was made by Victoria, who also works for MTN Cape Gate. " FEW Scratches around the silver part and on screen." They said that the phone was dropped. This phone was never dropped, and we need her phone repaired/replaced asap. we have contacted Blackberry SA who said that MTN must help us
