I handed in my black berry for repairs at Cape Gate with reason that i cannot receive or make any calls from or to my phone. I was told that it can take up to 21 working days for repairs. On 05 02 2013 i received sms with quote for R307.24 ref. CLC887999 and i phoned them to confirm that they can repair. I spoke to a consultant and explained to her that we cannot receive or make any call it only gives a "tick tick" sound on which she said that this is a black berry problem but it will be fixed. I got my phone back on Friday 22 02 2013 and tonight when i gave my daughter her phone back the problem is still there and it seems that nothing has been fixed, they only took off her screen cover. This is a total rip off for i have to pay R307.24 for nothing and i now need to take my phone back and again is going to be charged for another repair that is not going to be fixed. I am very very unhappy for i have a contract that i cannot do anything with for cell c didn't repair phone as paid fo
