No Feedback as requested

In November last year I applied for a cellphone contract with Cell C. We went through the application process and it was sent to the credit department.

I subsequently receive feedback from Cell C - that my application was declined due to my application for debt review.

I found it very strange as I was not aware of any of this. I then went to all the credit bureau's to get more information and a copy of my profile from all of them.

And exactly as I thought there were no information relating to the information/feedback I received from Cell C.

I went back to them and requested more information relating to this as I want to know where they found this information so it can be corrected and I can continue applying for the contract.

However, they responded once and ever since been ignoring communication from me. I even requested details on anyone in their credit department to contact.

I have kept all email communication since then - the last email I sent to them was in February and still no feedback.

What should I do to get clarity on this?
