New contract declined

I applied for a new contract with cellc and submitted all the required information and documents. My application has been declined, the reason something to do with their credit vetting process. They refuse to provide me with the contact details of the person doing the credit vetting. I have a clean credit record (never had any bad rating with any credit agency, ever). I have other credit accounts which are all in good standing.
I feel that I am unfairly been treated because they do not want to disclose the reason and information I require for declining my application.
