WASTING CLIENTS TIME

Application for credit card was submitted weeks ago. problem number 1.)- i did not receive feedback of outcome until i had to do the chasing and following up, only to find out it was unsuccessful due to me apparently being under debt review. this was problem number 2.) because this information was not correct but they simply don't inform me and take their system outdated incorrect information for granted. so i then got in contact with their debt review department and asked how can we rectify this problem. i was asked to do an affidavit and submit it. i did this and submitted it last week already and was promised feedback. problem number 3.)- i of cause and to no surprise have not heard any feedback so i again have to chase and follow up with them, only to be told blatantly today, problem number 4.)- that my matter still hasn't received attention and matters still not resolved. i am at wits end with this bunch and before i started to lose my temper, i received the call reference and hung up the phone.!!!???
