Platinum Banker & still no response REF 105513

I have done an online FNB homeloan application on the 19 June 2013, I have called in on the 20 June 2013 and spoke to Themba, who mentioned they have not received and resubmitted the application and all supporting documentation as requested on the application.

I therafter called in on the 21 June 2013 to check on the status and they requested further information, which i agreed to and submitted and he mentioned that is all the documentation required all is in order.

I there after called in on the 27th for feedback and they requested more information, I then called in on the 28th and they have not received the information on there system so i resubmit.

I then call in today and there IT systems are down the entire day! I call after 4pm and no feedback as they have only captured the information from the 27th today, the 01.07.2013. The consultants do not call you back as they say it is my duty to chase up with the enquiry. This sort of service is pathetic especially if you have been banking with them for the last 10 Years. It is now 12 days later and still i have no response where as other banks have already quoted. Why should i continue banking with FNB?
