I Applied for a Contract on the 19th of November 2013. All documentation was signed and forwarded to Cell C. I have only recently received a response from Cell C stating that the Application was denied due to a Judgement however there was no further information from them. I investigated the matter myself and found that the Judgement was old judgement granted in 2009 that was already paid in full! Regardless of the fact our companies monthly turnover covers the contract more than enough. However I received no feedback no response no willingness to assist me by any means it is clear that Cell C's actions do not resemble their adverts! Further more how can it be that we get contracts approved from all other Cell phone companies but not even a decent response or assistance from Cell C.
