Breach of confidentiality - personal information

I recently applied for a cell phone contract at CellC at the V&A Waterfront store in Cape Town. As requested by them, I provided a hard copy of my ID, a copy of by payslip, a copy of my proof of residence and 3 months pay slips. I have not provided this information to anyone else in the recent past. Someone obtained this information from CellC and successfully applied for Credit Card facilities at FNB and ABSA banks. In total the person obtained credit card facilities in my name at both banks with credit limits of R150 000 at FNB and R50 000 at ABSA. The person spent over R100 000 on the FNB Credit card before I became aware of it. I discovered it as the person placed a debit order on my bank account for the card payment each month. I communicated tjhis to CellC via their Website, but I have not yet had a response. This breach of confidentiality of my personal information is totally unacceptable and contrary to the trust that I placed in them
