I honestly dont understand how my VODACOM contract with Altech Auto Page works. Can someone please help me understand why i pay OVER R600 everymonth on my Samsung Galaxy S3 when i dont or hardly ever use the phone. I had a look at my statement and noticed im being charged everyday for GPRS, small amounts of R0.01 up to R4 that eventually add up to nothing less than R200, i dont know what else to do besides throw this phone against a wall so it rather break into a million pieces and my phone bill wont be so high for doing NOTHING!! I went as far as taking out another blackberry contract to use for the internet and thats working out great.. yet im still paying over R600 on the samsung with Altech Auto Page, so please understand my frustrations. I am writing to Hello Peter because all i have been getting from complaining to Altech auto page customer service is an acknowledgement of my complaint and nothing more for the past week. This contract was the biggest mistake and i will rejoice the day i am done with ALTECH AUTO PAGE! I could use that money to feed starving children rather gosh...
