I took out a Blackberry bold on contract at Nashua mobile about a year and a half ago. Since May 2013 I have been experiencing problems where my phone shuts off automatically and the touch screen is faulty. I took it in to the N1 City branch and they sent it off for repairs, more than a month later I got the phone back and had it for about half a day before it shut down again and I couldn't do anything with it. I then took it back to the store and they sent it off again. Again I waited patiently for my phone. When I got it back, the same thing happened. I had it for a day and it shut down completely. After this I was told that I would be given a new phone after my phone was sent to head office, this was 5 weeks ago. I was told it would be a speedy process yet I received no communication from them. It was supposedly processed as "URGENT" Subsequently I have still been paying my contract on a monthly basis even though I can no longer use the BIS service, because of this my phone bill is more than twice the normal amount. I am outraged about their poor level of service and would not recommend that anyone takes out a cellhone contract with them. STEER CLEAR OF NASHUA MOBILE!
