I got my upgrade in January, which is a blackberry 9300 bold. Since the first day this phone was overheating, I couldn't even touch the phone sometimes as it would burn my hand. Also the battery would just run empty after one hour! I went back to Nashua and they sent the phone in for repairs without giving me a temporary phone. After almost 3 months I phoned them only to here that the phone is back and ready for collection. So after I got the phone and charged it fully, only to discover it switches on and then off again and didn't want to switch on again. After driving ANOTHER 30 Km's back to the branch a few days later it was sent in for repairs again. This is now another 2months in for repair and still nothing!! This means I have been paying for a contract phone for the last 7 months and only used it not even for 2 months. Still I don't have a phone, but I am paying for one!!! I want my money back for the 5months that this phone has been in for repairs, and as far as I am concerned they can take the phone and shove it!!! Sort this out as I refuse to continue with this immediately.
