BAD ATTITUDE

I took out an additional contract for my husband, Blackberry 9790 Bold. He had a lot of trouble with the phone that does not want to connect to the network etc. Gave the phone in twice. In the end we gave up, handset is still not working properly. Everything was done at the Brooklyn Branch of Nashua Mobile. I went on 12/05/2013 to upgrade my own contract where I've received the worst customer service ever. Naldo Kilian was extremely rude and impatient explaining my new contract to me, only to find out later he referred to my "Husband's phone" Because of the bad service that my Husband got from them, he was rude to me too! After more than 16 years of being a client, this is the service that one has to be satisfied with, it will be my last contract with Nashua Mobile
