Today I went into MTN and asked the sales lady to explain to me what the 'absolute plan' actually is, she explained everything and i decided that I am going to upgrade my contract, she then handed me over to a new sales lady to complete this transaction. The next lady had a very bad attitude as if i should ask her any questions with regards to my contract and how much i will be paying, her attitude made the decision for me to cancel my contract with Mtn and moce to a different service provider where i can get the same phone for cheaper nad not have any of this "absolute plan" nonsence.
