I was given incorrect info pertaining my upgrade changes and now the sales lady denies it all (obviously).
I was to about phone availability and the only answer from the regional manager was I could wait or cancel and shouldn't complain on social media as this wouldn't speed up anything.
I finally received phone after several visits to their waterfront branch and countless Facebook messages to Nashua Mobile Customer care.
When I saw that my airtime changed I again complained and head office said that I signed so it is my fault yet there is not written proof where they stated that it would changed and the sales lady just says she didn't say it remains the same (even though when I confronted her she repeatedly said that you still get your R100 airtime).
I asked if I could migrate to a data package and but it is against company policy. But i must just contact them if they can help me with anything. I did contact and got no help at all. How is it that the sales persons word is taken above mine after all the from their side??
This is the attitude from sales people right through to head office...
I plan to end all contracts with them ASAP! Pathetic Service
