Cancelling my contract after today

Visited the branch for upgrade. Only 2 people working in the only Klerksdorp branch on Saturday. Lady at sales counter was busy with client. When other lady in branch (at payment side) did not have a customer to help anymore I asked her to help me because I was in the branch already an hour. She says she is busy with paperwork i must wait for the sales lady. Well she could have tried to help me but had a no care attitiude. Her attitude and the lack of personnel in the branch was dissapointing and thus we have cancelled our contract.
