I was told by the sales person that i could use all my points for the three year period once off for my honymoon but once i signed the contract and a year later they told be i had to use them each year and when i queried it they said that unless i could prove that they sales person said that i would have to abide by the contract and that they get these complaints a lot.
the lady had a very F%% you attitude and basically admitted to their sales people lying! I was not aware that i would need to record my conversation with their sales person as to have proof that they are lying wholesale!! i would not recomend them and strongly suggest you walk out on any presentation that they have an tell them to go back to the lying pit that they came from!!
