6 weeks ago we moved into a new home in Bryanston and discovered that there is no signal for my MTN data modem. I logged the fault at MTN and after following up a few times I was eventually called by a company that had been requested by MTN to install a signal booster in my home free of charge. I am sure that this technology is very expensive and thank MTN for agreeing to install a the signal antenna. I now have full 3G coverage and commend MTN for their fulfilling their customer service commitment and ensuring that I have adequate coverage. Thank you MTN. You now have a very loyal customer. Hoping to move all my Vodacom phone contracts to MTN.
