Late delivery of upgrade phone and no response to

ON 3 March 2013 I agreed to an upgrade and ordered my new phone. I have called twice today and been passed around and promised that Leah will call me... I have just held on for ten minutes again and eventually put the phone down. So... none the wiser in terms of when the phone is arriving and nor is anyone getting back to me. I think you can keep the phone MTN, I will take my business elsewhere!!!
