It is now more than a week later and I get no response from the person who contacted me the first time to assist. All my emails are ignored!!
I have called Vodacom on 111 this morning (12-03-2013) to find out whats the status of the problem and according to the person I spoke to no progress or even any mention of the problem were found on the system.
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!
Undo the unauthorised upgrade IMMEDIATELY and contact me ASAP!!
