This is my 4th posting about Cell C's terrible service! My request to cancel my Cell C data contract was sent in December and I've been fighting with Cell C to remove the debit order since then. Upon following up this morning to confirm that it has been removed I have been informed that I have been using the sim card and therefore still liable to pay an outstanding amount. I have not used the data contract in months as I do not have cell reception in my area hence the reason for my cancellation. Nelly confirmed that my contract was cancelled and confirmed that no debit orders will run from Cell C on my account. She did not however mention these"outstanding amounts" which I refuse to pay as my contract should've been cancelled in Jan.
