POOR SERVICE - UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I have a business top up cover & was contacted to upgrade. The consultant was instructed to deliver the phone the 3rd December 2013 to my work address as I was on holiday in Dbn the last week of November 2013. I was then contacted in Durban few days later from work informing me of the delivery. I instructed them that I was away and was informed by the Courier Service that the phone will be returned to Vodacom. I then contacted Vodacom requesting that they cancel the upgrade until further notice. Numerous calls were made advising both consultants & Teamleaders of the problem only to be told that someone from Client Services will contact me to cancel.

Vodacom in the interim sent me Automated reminders of the upgrade cost that I need to settle.

No assistance since Nov. a/c Debited.
