On day of my upgrade due date, this after full 24 months, I contacted the upgrade call centre to make sure that upon my upgrade that I will not lose my unused minutes, which at the time was more or less 450 minutes. The lady whom I spoke to, FS Mnduzulu assured me that this will not happen, I repeated the question and asked her to confirm this again, which in reply was, I will not lose any minutes upon my upgrade. Date and time of this call was 27/09/2013 at around 14:40.
To my shock on 26/11/2013, I noticed that I have no more free minutes left. (on upgrade I gett 200 free minutes p/m) I went to vodacom shop in walker drive, Port elizabeth, and they showed me minutes were cancelled.
I contacted call centre on the 28/11/2013 and spoke to Sithembele - Team Leader, and he assured me within 48 hours will get feedback. Contacted them again 04/12/2013 and he told me that the person dealing with it did not do anything. They will contact me on 05/12/2013 before 12:00, yet AGAIN no call back from anyone at vodacom.
I am wasting my time, and losing patience, as I must keep phoning them.
Empty promises.
