Bad Customer Service

I phoned the upgrade department twice this morning and both times I was cutt off and got bad service. I wanted to know, why I cannot find my package details as option, when I want top upgrade my account. Last week it was on the website and I could choose 2 blackberyy phones. One a 9320 for 159.00 and one a 9360 for 199.00 per month on Everyday Off-Pick. The last guy I spoke to did not know a thing I was talking about, because he gave the system the error - how can it be a technical error, if the other package options was there??? I got nothing more than bad bad service from Vodacom the past year and it is getting worst by the day
