HIGHLY DISAPOINTED WITH VODACOM

Hi, started off with a top up 135 contract in 2012, . Witch leads me to a top up 200 package in 2013 . After being due for my upgrade on the 2nd of this month, Vodacom wouldn't let me upgrade to a package that cost R56 more than the amount i have been paying in the last year, but back to a 135 package.. My account has always been paid up to date, .Vodacom sent me a phone in 2012 that i never signed or asked for, that i had to pay for a couple of months, ive never been refunded for the money i wasted to keep my name clean either... Feel it is absolutely ridiculous, we pay our off to you, you owe me money and you cant even offer us a decent upgrade package.. Definitely moving to Mtn or virgin mobile.
