Call package upgrade not successfull

I updated my account package effective 1 June 2013 but the upgrade was never actioned on Vodacom's side. In July yet again the same problem! I spoke to an consultant which had a bad attitude and which responded by saying what's done is done and I will have to wait for the next month being July for the error to be corrected. But yet again come 1 July my package is still on the old 240 talk time and I sill sit with a problem!
