My fiancee upgraded her contract at Vodacom 4U Bethlehem. It is more than 2 weeks that she has been waiting for her new phone. Every time they keep saying that the phone will be there tomorrow, tomorrow comes and no phone. I have sent a complaint to Vodacom Head offices. And not even the head offices has replied on my emails or even contacted me. THIS IS NOT CLIENT CARE THAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM A NATIONWIDE FRANCHISE.
