I have been waiting for a Vodacom Respresentitive to come to our offices to sort out my Phone issues since Wednesday last week. I have called their customer care over ten times in the past three weeks, have referance numbers, which quite honestly mean nothing. But nobody calls you back. Nothing gets done. All you get told is your support case is still open. I was promised to see someone at my offices on Wednesday last week. It is a week later, and still have not seen anybody.
I don't know what to do anymore, as Vodacom is not interested. Whenever I ask for a supervisor or senior manager. I always get told that nobody is available. I've looked online for the Telephone numbers for the Vodacom offices in Midrand to try get hold of some senior management. But they don't publish them either. I don't have the time to go sit in midrand to try get to the bottom of this. I'm self employed and depend on my phone as I'm in the service industry. This phone uses a very small simm, so I can't even put it into another phone.
