One Month Later and Still waiting for my Phone

Bethlehem did not have stock on the day I went to up-grade. I went to Bfn and got my phone Samsung S4 Mini on the same day excellent service. Unfortunately the camera focus function went faulty on the 8th day. Beth Vodacom helped me by registering a OBF claim OBF no 000549 Branch code 44477 Dated 17 Dec 13. The shop assistant told me it will take 3 days and that he will arrange that I collect my phone at any Vodacom shop of my choice. I returned back from holiday on the 12th Jan 14 with high hopes to get my phone. No phone at shop with the excuse that Vodacom did not have stock to supply them. Eventually I ask the assistant for the owners phone number. I phoned him on the 16th Jan 14 16h52 to explain to him my situation regarding my phone he was not interested to help me but referred me back to his shop. He is not an example for his employees and also a bad reflection on vodacoms image I am a user for 25 years plus and this is the worst experience ever had in a Vodacom shop will never go back to the shop and might still go to another cell phone subscriber.
